ANNUAL FOURSOMES CHAMPIONSHIP 2013 To be held @
SHIREHAMPTON PARK GOLF CLUB on SUNDAY MAY 12th

Below are the details for the Hi-Lo Foursomes League Championship being held at SHIREHAMPTON PARK Golf Club on Sunday 12th May 2013.
Details of the event are as follows:-  The cost of the buffet for your team was included in the annual subscription, but additional buffets can be arranged at a cost of £12 per person and MUST only be booked through the League Secretary.

Clubs are reminded that they should make courtesy places available for 4 or more Club members of SHIREHAMPTON PARK golf club for that date.
Should a club be holding a competition on that date they will do everything possible to allocate 4 places during the period for non - competitors.

Please deal direct with SHIREHAMPTON PARK Golf Club.

Finally, we sincerely hope that we can count on your full support at the championship and the prize giving in the evening. 
The committee wishes to record its appreciation to SHIREHAMPTON PARK Golf Club, its Owners Committee and Members for hosting the event.

RULES

  1. ANNUAL Hi-Lo FOURSOMES CHAMPIONSHIP - 18 HOLE STABLEFORD
  2. Each Club may enter one team of five pairs.  Each pair will comprise of one Low maximum handicap 10 and one High 11 to 21 handicap    (Active handicaps only, CDH numbers required).
  3. Handicap Allowance 1/2 combined rounded up.
  4. Scoring Stableford Points.
  5. For each team prize the aggregate of four cards to count.  In the event of a tie the fifth card to decide.
  6. Teams will compete for the Annual Foursomes Trophy.
  7. Pairs will compete for the Annual Pairs Trophy.

The Optional Sweep is £20 per team.  (CASH ONLY - CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
The first pair of each team shell pay the sweep for all their team, or if not paid shell be deemed not to have entered.

Starting times MUST be adhered to.  Late arrivals may be subject to disqualification.

PRIZE GIVING & BUFFET

The prize giving will take place once the final match result has been handed in and the results checked.  This is expected to be at approximately 7:45pm.  Players must partake of the buffet immediately after completion of their round or before if playing later.

PLEASE do not attempt to make arrangements for buffets through SHIREHAMPTON PARK Golf Club direct, only via the League Secretary.

The closing date for booking buffets is Saturday 27th April 2013.
